Is the treadmill powered by a battery or a wall plug?

It comes with a power supply. Please plug it into wall outlet to power the treadmill up.

Can this treadmill be used on carpeted floor? What is the mat for?

Usually the floor carpet is thick and plush, which will affect the heat dissipation of treadmill. In this case, you can put the mat in between treadmill and carpet floor for normal use.

I'm concerned about the slanted mark on the running belt. What is it?

This is normal, it's where the belt is joined together. All treadmills have something similar and it won't affect the normal use.

Can I adjust the incline on this treadmill?

No, you can't. As it is fixed.

Can I buy a new remote controller for the treadmill?

Yes, you can. Please leave a message telling us which model of treadmill you would like the remote controller to work for when ordering, then we will send the correct one to you.

Great treadmill especially for compact size. Been walking on it under my standing desk whilst in meetings, to increase step count. The incline makes you work your legs more in a shorter time period. A great purchase.
