Where are the items sent from?
The items purchased on HomeFitnessCode will be shipped from Germany.
What are the shipping times?
Items typically ship out from our warehouse after 1-2 business days of processing time. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
How long does it take for delivery once my order ships?
Economy shipping during COVID-19 takes on average 4 - 7 business days.
Multiple Packages
Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items.
Carriers Used
HomeFitnessCode uses DPD, GLS and DHL for the delivery of packages.
International Shipments
We only ship to Belgium, luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain and Italy now, but keep checking with us as it’s something we want to be able to support our customers with in the future.
Where can I check the shipment status of my order?

And you'll receive an email shortly after your order ships, providing your tracking information for safety purposes. However, some shipping carriers need roughly 48 hours to update tracking once the carrier picks up the package.

How to change shipping information?

To Change Shipping Information for Future Orders:

  • 2, From here, you can update, remove or add a shipping address.
How to change shipping options after an order has been placed?

You can change your shipping options as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Change your shipping method
  • Change the shipping address
  • Change the person picking up your order
What should I do if I still haven't received the items after the estimated time?
  • 1, Check whether your shipping information is correct.
  • 2, Please note that the Delivery Date on the website is estimated in business days (not to include weekends or holidays). Some items may need additional processing time (+2-3 more days) before shipping it out.
  • 3, If you still have not received your order, please feel free to email us at support@homefitnesscode.com quoting your sales order number.
Regular Hours Of Operation and Lead Times

Shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT). Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends.

Once an order is submitted and received to us, the processing time here is 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order is done processing, it will then be shipped and take an additional 4-7 business days.

Holiday Shipping Lead Times

Due to high volume and possible unforeseen weather conditions during the holiday season (December – January), carriers may be impacted and shipping delays may occur. Please order early to receive your purchase by your desired delivery date.
